Grow Ministries was born out of more than two decades of ministry leadership—and the realization that leaders need care, too.
Joe and Kari have spent years walking alongside pastors, leaders, couples, families, and people navigating significant seasons of change. Along the way, they've seen again and again that growth often begins when someone has a safe place to slow down, tell the truth, ask honest questions, and listen for what comes next.
Grow exists to make those opportunities more accessible to Christian leaders.
