Coaching begins with a complimentary Discovery Call—a conversation to understand where you are, what you're navigating, and what you hope to move toward.
From there, we'll identify whether coaching is a good fit and, if so, create a pathway around your unique needs and season.
Coaching may include focused sessions, practical next steps, prayerful reflection, and ongoing support as you move forward.

Grief 101 for Leaders
Leadership often requires us to carry loss while continuing to lead, serve, and care for others. Grief is loss, and lament is grieving what should have been. Both are important parts of the leadership journey.
In this three-class series, we’ll create space to acknowledge grief, understand how personal loss can shape our leadership, and explore the unique grief that can come with ministry—including disappointment, disillusionment, and the loss of what we hoped or expected would be.
You’ll gain practical tools and a deeper understanding of how to process grief in healthy ways, so you can lead with greater honesty, resilience, and hope.
